Piccola apartments are part of our family house so right from the very beginning we felt that simply “existing” was not enough. Instead, decided to engage in a real way with OUR people in OUR city!

Guided with that thought, we are offering our ideas in each step of planning your time.

The apartments Piccola are far from being a collection of rooms, Piccola is the place with a pulse slightly different from others, it is decidedly cool, a place on its own right.

Situated in a quite part, Lapad district, an urban city center away from touristic crowd though very close to all interesting places you might want visit. Just a few steps away from the very frequent bus station, near supermarkets and green market where you can buy fresh groceries. Local restaurants and cafes can be reached in 10 minutes walking. The airport is located on cca 30 min driving.

Considering the location, we want to point out our main value, the nearness of sea and Forest park Petka. You can spend your daytime on beach then walk or run through the pines in sunset. It’s breathtaking!

These comfy apartments stand out thanks to its décor basing it on aerial photos of old Dubrovnik and its surroundings. We called them “piccola” by Italian word for small, as we initially offered just a Studio apartment, but we’re expanded our accommodation with lovely two-bedroom loft.

The Green loft apartment is intended for four, while Red studio is ideal for couples.

Green apartment features a flat screen TV, high-speed WI-FI access, HI-FI player and the air condition, all placed in living/dinning room. Whether you travel with your friends or a family, relax in privacy of comfortable double bedrooms. All rooms are cozy, decorated with local motifs.

Cook your favorite dishes in kitchen equipped with a microwave, stove top and refrigerator. A kettle and toaster are also available.

Free toiletries and a hair dryer are featured in the private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Our Red Studio apartment offers you all those amenities too except of the TV, as we thought of it as a pleasurable couple nest. Be romantic and imaginative;)

We offer you terrace also, common for our guests from both apartments, on which you can enjoy your meal or just chilling…

The free parking place is provided if you prefer car traveling.
